Smartlion welcomes you as a new customer. The internet offers many product, service and customer reviews. Please take your time and make all your product and service research before placing order.

Smartlion.com Store Policy applies to all orders placed directly via smartlion.com ; smartlion - orders placed through third party websites may have additional Store Policy terms as listed on their web site.

Currently the free shipping offer is limited to one order and one item per customer, per business day.

Your order is a contract - Place an order only if you're serious about buying the item or service. If you placed the order, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Requests to cancel orders will not be honored. Once an order has been placed , the order fulfillment process will be started. All sales are final. No returns or cancellations of any kind will be accepted.

Smartlion Warranty

Smartlion offers a 10 day exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective on receipt and customer requests a claim number (RMA#). The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed:

-The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards & UPC lables.
-Item must be returned unregistered.
-We will make a replacement or credit - depending on our inventory.
-All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization number (RMA#).
-Please place the RMA number given to you on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
-All items will be inspected after return to verify their condition.
-If item condition claimed by customer differs from the condition verified by our technicians return may be refused.
-Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day the customer received the original item.
-Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
-Product Images are for illustrative purposes only.
-Smartlion is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserves the right to review & cancel orders.
-No refunds. No exceptions. Exchanges only accepted within 10 days and according to listed guideline.
-Smartlion does not accept returns for not matching system requirements.
